Registration Fees

The online registration will be opened on July 5, 2007, and will be closed on September 30, 2007. All the registration fees are calculated in RMB Yuan. The following registration fees are applicable for this years SRDS:

The registration type depends on the registration date.

Each full registration fee includes all technical sessions, 1 copy of the CD-ROM proceedings of both SRDS 2007 and the workshops in conjunction with SRDS, 1 volume of printed proceedings which contains your paper, as well as the welcome reception, banquet and coffee/tea breaks.

Each paper must have at least 1 dedicated registration received by September 10, 2007. Otherwise, the registration will not be included in the conference proceedings or the conference program.

If an author has more than 1 paper accepted, the author should pay 1 Full registration fee for each accepted paper. Please claim your extra-page fee when you fill in your on-line registration form.

If one of the co-author are IEEE member or IEEE student member, you will get extra discount for your paper registration as listed above. You should provide the member ID and full name when you fill in your registration form.

Method of Payment

Registration fees must be paid by credit card payment, bank transfer or remittance through post-office(for participants in mainland China only). Please note that a refund after payment may not be possible. All participants should complete a basic registration form and then select your payment method.

• Credit Card and on-line payment
  The most efficient way to finish the registration is filling in the registration form, and paying the related fees with your credit card.
  Due to the technical problem of SRDS on-line payment system, we encourage the authors or participants select bank transfer or remit as payment approach. On-site payment by cash is accepted by SRDS 2007 and the amount of registration fee depends on the related registration date.For more details, please refer to registration page. • Bank transfer
  Registration payment can be made through direct bank transfer to the accounts below. Please also fax the bank transfer receipt including item 'SRDS2007', your Bill number, your name and paper id to us (Fax to +86 10 82316796 or mail to srds2007@buaa.edu.cn with the copy of bank transfer receipt ).Bill number is automatically generated when you fill in your on-line registration form.
